Over the past four decades, Plant and Food Research has been breeding potatoes. Many variety have been created. Marker-assisted selection is a new tool derived from advances in molecular biology. It has becom an indispensable complement to traditional selection, saving time and reducing costs. In the context of environnemental concerns, it is more important than ever to have varieties well suited to their environnement. The aim of this study was to find, select, study and then test the available public molecular markers. The technologies PCR, CAPS, SCAR and HRM have been used. |
